I have a track record of developing individuals and teams through working as a Professional Football Manager. Whether it’s for elite performance or you’re just looking to start incorporating a small amount of exercise into your life, the main thing is that it’s something you can enjoy.

I have recently qualified as a personal trainer and i’m looking to help you. My aim is to instil habits that will stick with you forever and together we will set realistic and achievable targets that will help you reach your goals, and improve overall wellbeing. I offer a variety of different training methods including strength training, cardio, HIIT and more.

Strength training

Improve your strength and endurance through a different range of training programmes, using options such as cable machine, squat rack, dumbbells etc. Typically increases muscle mass.

HIIT

High intensity interval training, which includes a great variety of exercises. This mostly involves using bodyweight to increase heart through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. Typically burns more fat in less time.

Cardio

Aerobic workout raising heart rate into target heart zone. Choose from options such as skipping, rowing machine, Wattbike etc. Typically improves stamina and heart health.
